Principal's Message

It's my honor to join the Bel Aire Elementary community as principal, a school where curiosity, kindness, and hard work go hand in hand. From my first conversations with students, families, and staff, it's been clear that Bel Aire is a special place—one where children are known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

As a California Distinguished School, Bel Aire pairs strong academics with an equally deep commitment to students' social-emotional growth. Our educators and support staff know each child as an individual, meeting them where they are and guiding them through these pivotal upper elementary years with both high expectations and genuine care.

I come to this role with more than two decades of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader, much of it spent serving students in grades 3 through 5. I am committed to building on Bel Aire's many strengths and supporting learning that is rigorous, joyful, and engaging for every student.

As a parent of three, I appreciate how important it is to entrust your child to a school each day. Families are essential partners in our work, and I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside our community in support of every child's growth.
