Volunteer and Guest Sign In Procedures
All guests entering the Bel Aire Elementary School campus during school hours must sign in using School Pass. School Pass is located at our front office. To expedite the process, please look for an email from School Pass at the beginning of the school year. The email will include a link that enables you to upload your information. You will then receive a personal QR code to be used each time you enter our campus. Be certain to save your personal QR code to your mobile device.
